Job Title

Microsoft Business Applications / Sr. Power Platform Developer

Relevant Experience (

10+ years’ experience in Microsoft Technologies with 2+ years’ experience projects as Technical Developer in cloud-based Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Microsoft Flow and Azure

Technical / Functional Skills

Desired Skills (Must Have) :

Development experience should include Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, , and Power BI

Ability design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions using Power Apps / Flow and CDS.

Strong applied knowledge of Power Platform services. Candidates have an in-depth understanding of their capabilities, boundaries, and constraints

In depth knowledge on capabilities of DataVerse (CDS)

Basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform.

Knowledge about O365 / M365 and D365 and Azure AD

Experience in pre-sales for D365 and Power Platform

Experience in administration and deployment of D365 and Power apps

Excellent communication

Training & Coaching

Experience in Stakeholder management in large programs

Additional Skills :

Implementation or Upgrade of applications to Power Apps

Roles & Responsibilities

CoE setup & Governance

Identify gaps and provide recommendation for improvements.

Prepare and provide a plan with timeline on remediation.

The templates for the Process Automation Assessments, Business Requirements, Solution Designs, Build Review Checklist, and UAT documents will need to be reviewed and agreed as part of the Power Platform CoE setup.

Manage standard document templates for Citizen development.

Review quality of selected apps periodically. The solution review will be limited to the available capacity and will be prioritized based on criticality and usage of the Power Platform

Nurture citizen developer.

Evangelize by providing a community space on Teams, Yammer, or SharePoint, with a collection of links for people to start their learning.

Monitor Power Platform usage.
