Position : Telemedicine Infectious Disease Specialist

Overview :

MHG seeks an Infectious Disease Specialist to provide expert remote consultations for the diagnosis and management of infectious diseases. This role is crucial for managing patients with complex infections and advising on public health matters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Offer virtual consultations for a wide range of infectious diseases, including bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections.
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans, including the use of antibiotics, antivirals, and other therapeutics.
  • Provide guidance on infection prevention, vaccination, and outbreak management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage patient care and monitor disease progression.
  • Stay informed on emerging infectious diseases and global health threats.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records.

Qualifications :

  • Medical degree with specialization in Infectious Diseases.
  • Valid medical license and board certification in Infectious Diseases.
  • Experience in telemedicine and remote patient management is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex cases remotely.
  • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records.
