Role Overview

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer – Social & Video to help define and elevate Levelwear’s visual storytelling across digital, social, and motion platforms. This role sits at the intersection of graphic design, short‑form video, and motion, with a strong focus on high‑performing content for social channels.

You’ll be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life—editing engaging vertical video, designing scroll‑stopping social assets, and capturing authentic mobile‑first content that feels native, modern, and on‑brand. Working closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll help ensure a cohesive brand identity across our Golf, Licensed Pro Sports, Corporate, and DTC channels.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design

• Create original graphic concepts, social layouts, and advertising assets
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure artwork accuracy and brand alignment
• Prepare clean, production‑ready files for both digital and print use
• Apply a strong understanding of sports culture and athletic fashion

Salary Range :

The base salary for this role is $65,000–$80,000 per year . This range reflects our commitment to equitable pay and considers factors such as skills, experience, and alignment with the role. Final compensation will be determined through a fair and consistent evaluation process.
