What You’ll Do

• Oversee the full financial cycle — month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead product costing, margin analysis, and cost management initiatives
• Partner with operations to enhance financial visibility and support decision-making
• Identify process efficiencies and implement best practices across finance functions
• Mentor and guide a small team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
