About the Opportunity

Work closely with the CFO and principal on all tax related matters

Collaborate with external tax advisors and legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance and to leverage opportunities.

Providing tax advice on all transactions and reorganizations

Maintain a library of tax documents

Managing CRA audits and inquiries from tax authorities and serve as primary point of contact

About You

Salary Range

$155,000 - $175,000 / year
