The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global people and culture strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the CPO leads all aspects of People and Culture across international operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, cultural values, and regulatory requirements.
