Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex co-engineering programs across OEM partners. This role focuses on enabling and delivering Windows Security features across the platforms , driving initiatives from early pre-silicon planning through production release.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management rigor with hands-on technical depth in software and security, and thrives in highly cross-functional, multi-company environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Windows Security initiatives across the client’s product portfolio.
• Own and execute cross-functional programs spanning pre-silicon planning, development, validation, and production.
• Partner closely with internal engineering teams, customer support, and external stakeholders (OEMs) to align on roadmaps, priorities, and technical deliverables .
• Manage the full program lifecycle, including :
• Schedules and milestones
• Risk and issue management
• Dependency tracking and execution readiness
• Develop and maintain program management artifacts such as :
• Program forecasts
• Risk, issue, and dependency logs
• Ensure clear communication, accountability, and delivery across geographically distributed teams.
