What Were Looking For :

Previous construction experience

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Experience in :

• Digging ditches or trenches, backfilling, and compacting / leveling earth
• Misting the working area to control dust

Strong safety mindset Safety is our priority

Certifications (Assets, but not required) : First Aid, H2S

Flagger experience (an asset)
