A leading software firm is seeking a Director of Engineering to transform developer experiences and lead high-performing teams. Based in Metro Vancouver, you will drive organizational change and ensure engineering excellence while managing partnerships with stakeholders. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on DORA metrics and agile methodologies. The position offers a competitive salary range of $210,000 – $260,000, along with benefits such as RRSP matching.
