IT Project Manager/ Co-ordination
Hybrid, downtown Montreal.
12-month contract
As a Project Management service Consultant, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Digital Office roadmap and key business initiatives guarantee that the information and technology are used optimally and aligned with our client’s business objectives and mandate.
Key Digital initiatives the PM service provider will be involved in:
1 People support during Return to the Office
2 Define Business value and assess and deploy users’ needs of tools
3 Support a dedicated technology onboarding process
Process
4 Central data repository, integrity and workflow for approval, reporting
5 End-User device management and Security Policies
Technology
6 Continuous Security improvement against increasing cyberthreats.
7 Continuous operation excellence improvement
Primary Responsibilities
· Supports program communication requirements by managing and distributing project material and following up on action items.
· Use of Azure DevOps tool, processes and templates for program schedule maintenance, program status, and documentation management.
· Works with the Project Manager to track, update and report; serves as a liaison to the Digital Office.
· Coordinates with and responds to queries from the Digital Office on matters relating to the Program schedule.
· Maintains collaborative relations with all members of the project team, including all stakeholders to support both the successful delivery of projects and operational objectives.
· Ensures program and project documentation is complete, signed off, filed, and in adherence with project management methodologies and audit requirements.
Specific Project Requirements
· Updates and maintains program and project data on the SharePoint project collaboration workspace.
· Good experience with Agile Methodology, DevOps
Skills
Top Skills Require
· Excellent organizational skills with a developed and demonstrated ability to plan and manage priorities.
· Track record as a Project Manager on at least one medium to large sized project (up to $1M).
· Highly developed sense of motivation, independence, diplomacy and initiative.
Other Skills Required:
· Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assets:
· Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Teams and SharePoint
· Bilingualism (French/English)
