We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Verify source documents and ensure data completeness
- Update and maintain records in a timely manner
- Generate reports and retrieve data when requested
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Follow company procedures and data management standards
