Job Description

The Marketing Manager will develop, oversee, manage and support the implementation of creative initiatives, management of content across platforms and serve as the main contact between the marketing & studio team and other internal departments such as planning, store ops, and ecommerce. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-starting professional who is resourceful and pro-active in finding solutions for every challenge. A natural born marketer with a diverse skill set.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop unique creative strategies for the various marketing channels (email, social, video, etc) being used to engage with our customers
  • Develop merchandising strategy as it relates to marketing efforts including strategic selection of products, brands, and categories to be promoted in marketing efforts
  • Develop campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and to help meet revenue objectives
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels

People Management:

  • Responsible for the day to day management of the marketing and studio team
  • Manage and oversee seasonal marketing calendars

Project Management:

  • Develop and maintain a publishing calendar to enable coordination and organization across various departments within the company
  • Ensure projects are well documented and that underlying tasks are well understood and communicated to the responsible team members.
  • Track progress with project members to ensure deadline compliance.
  • Ensure collected deliverables are complete and meet company quality standards
  • Plans and organizes seasonal and content photoshoots with Art Director/ Photographer
  • Manages and oversees department budgets
  • Manage and oversee content creation projects assigned to external partners to ensure successful delivery of assets
  • Responsible for final review of prepared media content prior to publishing

Le gestionnaire marketing développera, supervisera, gérera et soutiendra la mise en œuvre d'initiatives créatives, la gestion du contenu à travers les plateformes et servira de contact principal entre l'équipe marketing et studio et d'autres départements internes tels que la planification, les opérations en magasin et le commerce électronique. Le candidat idéal est un professionnel dynamique et autonome qui fait preuve d'ingéniosité et de proactivité pour trouver des solutions à chaque défi. Il s'agit d'un spécialiste du marketing né avec des compétences variées.

Stratégie de marketing :

  • Développer des stratégies créatives uniques pour les différents canaux de marketing (e-mail, social, vidéo, etc.) utilisés pour s'engager auprès de nos clients.
  • Développer une stratégie de merchandising en relation avec les efforts de marketing, y compris la sélection stratégique de produits, de marques et de catégories à promouvoir dans les efforts de marketing.
  • Développer des campagnes et des initiatives pour accroître la notoriété de la marque et aider à atteindre les objectifs de revenus.
  • Assurer la cohérence de la marque à travers tous les canaux de marketing

Gestion du personnel :

  • Responsable de la gestion quotidienne de l'équipe de marketing et du studio.
  • Gérer et superviser les calendriers de marketing saisonniers

Gestion de projets :

  • Développer et maintenir un calendrier de publication pour permettre la coordination et l'organisation entre les différents départements de l'entreprise.
  • S'assurer que les projets sont bien documentés et que les tâches sous-jacentes sont bien comprises et communiquées aux membres de l'équipe responsable.
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets avec les membres de l'équipe afin de garantir le respect des délais.
  • S'assurer que les livrables collectés sont complets et répondent aux normes de qualité de l'entreprise.
  • Planifier et organiser les séances de photos saisonnières et de contenu avec le directeur artistique/photographe.
  • Gérer et superviser les budgets du département
  • Gérer et superviser les projets de création de contenu confiés à des partenaires externes afin de s'assurer de la bonne livraison des actifs.
  • Responsable de la révision finale du contenu médiatique préparé avant la publication.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience
  • University Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Experience with retail, ecommerce and wholesale business
  • Extremely organized and strong project management skills
  • Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) In both English and French
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with working with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle avérée
  • Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou en communication
  • Expérience de la vente au détail, du commerce électronique et de la vente en gros.
  • Extrêmement organisé et fortes compétences en gestion de projet
  • Solides compétences rédactionnelles et attention exceptionnelle aux détails
  • Motivé et indépendant
  • Excellentes relations interpersonnelles et compétences de communication très développées (verbales et écrites) en anglais et en français.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Expérience de travail avec des plateformes CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
