Responsibilities
- Support the external sales team by ensuring the entry and follow-up of customer orders
- Program and publish placement campaigns on the retail web sales platform
- Follow up on deliveries with the various carriers and inform customers accordingly
- Process invoice correction requests
- Provide attentive customer service to B2C website customers, answering questions, resolving order issues and ensuring a positive experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
