Customer Experience Agent

Responsibilities

• Support the external sales team by ensuring the entry and follow-up of customer orders
• Program and publish placement campaigns on the retail web sales platform
• Follow up on deliveries with the various carriers and inform customers accordingly
• Process invoice correction requests
• Provide attentive customer service to B2C website customers, answering questions, resolving order issues and ensuring a positive experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
