Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :

• Quality Control : Maintain high standards in taste, texture, and visual presentation for every dessert served.
• Inventory & Ingredient Management : Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently to reduce waste.
• Food Safety & Sanitation : Adhere strictly to food industry regulations and maintain an immaculate work environment.
• Team Collaboration : Work effectively both independently and within a team to ensure seamless kitchen operations during service hours.

Qualifications :

Experience : 2 or more years of experience as a pastry cook, baker, or in a similar role.

Communication : Excellent communication skills for seamless coordination with kitchen staff and management.

Work Ethic : Hardworking, with a demonstrated dedication and passion for the culinary craft.

Attention to Detail : Strong focus on precision and consistency in every dessert crafted.

Industry Knowledge : Comprehensive knowledge of food industry regulations and safety standards.

Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 20kgs.

Availability : Willingness to work mornings and weekends, ensuring peak readiness during service times.

Teamwork : Capable of working both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
