The Talent Development & Engagement Coordinator plays a key support role in executing the initiatives of the Talent Development & Engagement Center of Excellence (COE), which is focused on delivering impactful learning, onboarding, performance, and engagement experiences across the organization. This role ensures the smooth execution of high-impact programs that promote learning, development, and organizational culture. This position creates and manages strategic messaging and communication for both internal and external audiences. The role works closely with and provides direct support to the Regional Talent Development & Engagement Managers in ensuring consistent and effective program delivery across all PAG locations, while demonstrating alignment with PAG’s core values of Great Experience, Integrity, Diversity, Innovation, Empowerment, and Giving Back.

What You’ll Deliver
Talent Development Programs and Engagement EventsSupport planning and execution of new hire orientation sessions, including facilitation and learning initiativesAssist with scheduling and logistics for leadership training sessions, lunch & learns, and internal training programsCoordinate venue, materials, catering, attendance, and surveys for employee engagement and family eventsHelp manage logistics for Take Our Kids to Work Day, Early Talent orientation, and DEI campaignsChampion engagement events, including family events, PAG Kids contests and programming, holiday events, Multicultural Month, and other employee experience eventsSupport planning and delivery of Giving Back initiatives and events in partnership with Employee Services and cross-functional teamsPartner with and coordinate the committee of location-based Engagement Champions to promote engagement initiatives and events across the groupCommunication & Content SupportPrepare draft content for the monthly employee newsletter and engagement initiativesPerform weekly audits and update employee intranet pagesEdit and format presentations and communication materialsMaintain program calendars, invites, and follow-up communicationsCreate compelling and articulate communications aligned with the PAG brandManage employer branding communications via social media channels (LinkedIn)Produce engaging copy for relevant social platforms and communication channelsPlan and coordinate diversity and inclusion initiatives, including employee programs and speaker seriesChampion culture to promote an inclusive, fun, and performance-driven environmentPlan and coordinate all employee-related events, including social, charitable, and internal career eventsLearning Support & AdministrationTrack learning programs, attendance and feedback surveysFacilitate and support new-hire orientationSupport monitoring of training completion, compliance tracking, and performance reviewsAssist with creation and maintenance of onboarding plans and training guidesParticipate in learning needs discovery and document findingsSpecial ProjectsProvide support on ad hoc projects related to employee experience and learning initiativesSource and compile learning content from internal and external sourcesWhat You Need to Succeed
University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or an equivalent combination of education and experience2 to 4 years of experience, with project management, communication, and learning and developmentExcellent administrative skills, including project management and organization; facilitation experience is a significant assetExceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including strong public speaking skills and the ability to write effectively for internal and external audiencesDemonstrated experience leveraging social media for company communicationsProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms) and cloud-based platformsCreative thinking with the ability to implement innovative strategiesMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing prioritiesFlexibility to adapt to changing needs and willingness to work longer hours as requiredInitiative in developing and completing assigned projectsAbility to create high-quality presentations using Google Slides and AV equipmentStrong understanding of automotive dealership operations is highly desirableCreative, detail-oriented, and proactiveAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPositive, outgoing, and collaborative attitudeProfessionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential informationMust have a valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's License and a good driving recordWhat’s in it for You?

Compensation (expected annual salary) : $45,000 - $60,000 per year. The starting salary will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
