Your Impact

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer with strong AI / ML knowledge to join our R&D organization. Our platforms support order fulfillment, IAM, farm management, and customer‑facing portals, serving thousands of global customers. This role is a critical technical leadership position responsible for guiding AI adoption, ensuring high‑quality software delivery, and shaping our future architecture and design.

What The Role Offers

• Act as a technical authority across the team, ensuring alignment with best practices in software engineering, architecture, and design.
• Drive AI / ML awareness and capability across the group, helping upskill engineers and identify impactful use cases.
• Conduct design and architecture reviews, contributing hands‑on to system design for current and future solutions.
• Oversee code quality and engineering standards through code reviews, mentorship, and collaboration with delivery teams.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Serve as a technical mentor and coach for engineers across multiple teams.
• Proactively evaluate and introduce new technologies and approaches that align with our roadmap and platform evolution.

Compensation

Salary Range

$120,000 - $130,000; actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, location, and alignment with internal equity.
