Duties

• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
• Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
• Send and receive messages
• Prepare invoices and bank deposits
• Provide general information to clients and the public
• Perform data entry
• Provide customer service
• Locate and remove files requested
• Organize and schedule office work

Qualifications

Applicants must have completion of high school, no experience necessary. Must be able to read and speak English.
