Position Overview:

Responsible for maintaining and expanding the organization’s Business Process Management (BPM) system, with more than 40 processes, with over 15,000 instances created and over 30,000 steps completed each month.

• Become the subject matter expert for the organization’s BPM system
• Seek out opportunities for business process improvement within the organization
• Map, analyze, and improve business processes using the BPM system
• Work with business process owners to automate, improve, and maintain their processes
• Work with developers to build, test, and launch new business processes
• Work with users to troubleshoot their problems and manage their requests
• Build and maintain documentation for users and developers
• Plan, test, and execute migration of processes into new BPM system

What You Will Bring:

• A passion for improvement and automation
• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Process mapping skills
• Ability to successfully work with people at all levels and areas of the organization
• SQL skills are preferred
• Work experience, especially in a comparable environment, is preferred
• Experience with an enterprise BPM tool is preferred
• Eligibility to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian government security clearances
