What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain a territory caseworker assignment and oversee ongoing projects
• Ensure adherence to protocols and documentation in case files
• Conduct phone communications for accuracy and client consultations
• Identify training needs and assist in hiring and training new staff
• Provide daily project communications and assist the manager as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• RN/RPN license is an asset
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
• Experience in project management is an asset
