Are you an experienced and compassionate medical receptionist looking to take the next step in your career? Leading Edge Family Medicine and Skin Cancer Clinic is seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.

About the Role

In this key role, you’ll be the face of the clinic — providing exceptional patient care, supporting practitioners, and ensuring the smooth day-to‑day running of the practice.

• Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage appointments, recalls, and correspondence efficiently.
• Oversee daily reception operations and support junior staff.
• Handle billing, Medicare/DVA/WorkCover claims, and payments.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold practice policies.

About You

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a medical receptionist (GP setting preferred).
• Proficient in Best Practice / Medical Director.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care.
