Westland Insurance Group Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Payroll in Surrey, BC at our Head Office (hybrid) . As a Manager, Payroll , you will lead the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll for approximately 3,500 employees across Canada and a small U.S. population.

Expected Compensation : The expected hiring range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a Manager, Payroll, you will lead a team of payroll professionals while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Benefits teams and external vendors. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring payroll integrity, strong controls, and a high-quality employee experience, while also supporting acquisitions and business integrations as Westland continues to grow.
