About the job
In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.
Annual Base Salary starting at $40,000 with earning potential up to $54,000 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.

Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.Location

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, College degree or equivalent Degree.1 year minimum experience in consultative Selling : managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customers / partners needs, focus on customer goals, results and clients satisfaction.Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targetsStrong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposalsProven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.Knowledge of Google Ads or any Digital Marketing tool, understanding the synergy between different products, how to translate comprehensive marketing strategies into campaigns, and drive successful results.Responsibilities
Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies with a focus on deep level insights, customer success, upsell strategy, and strong relationship managementServe as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser’s campaignsInterpret and develop business plans focused on driving customer goal achievementHit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targetsHandle a moderate volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls, aligning support with opportunitiesManage daily activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.
