Property Administrator (RD)

My client in the real estate sector. Is looking for a Property Administrator to join their Operations team in Montreal. As a Property Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operations team of their residential portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Regional Operations Manager in rent collections, expense tracking, and reconciliations, including handling proceedings at the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL).
• Generate regular property performance reports and participate in lease audits as directed by the Regional Operations Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of lease terms, rent payments, and other lease-related information.
• Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and effective communication.
• Electronically file all leasing documents and input new lease information and renewals into Yardi once approved.
• Add additional charges to tenant accounts as necessary and prepare bank deposits.
• Step in as a replacement for a Property Manager when required due to absence.
