Salary Range : $31.17- $32.17 per hour pending experience + Super

Tenure : 15 hrs per week over 5 days, Fixed- Term, Part- Time for the 2026 school year

Join our team as a Cleaner at Holy Spirit Catholic School, Cranbrook!

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Cleanerto work in a fixed-term , part- time capacity completing 15 hrs per week commencing 19 January 2026 and for the 2026 school year.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports the learning and wellbeing of every student and staff member. With reliability, care, and strong attention to detail, you’ll help maintain the college’s facilities and grounds in line with established cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and TCE standards.

Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll contribute to the smooth daily operation of the school by ensuring classrooms, amenities, shared spaces, and outdoor areas are well‑presented and ready for use. You’ll take pride in your work, use cleaning equipment safely and effectively, and proactively report any issues that may impact safety or the condition of the facilities.

Townsville Catholic Education has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children. The successful candidate will require a paid Blue Card before commencement as per the No Card, No Start policy developed by Queensland Government.
