Responsibilities :

Communicate with internal and external customers to understand data requirements.

Prioritize reporting needs based on customer urgency and business value.

Generate and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports with accuracy and clarity.

Escalate complex reporting requests when necessary.

Continuously build technical and Group Benefits knowledge to expand reporting capabilities.

Collaborate with teammates to streamline reporting processes and templates.

Support Group Benefits data governance by serving as a first point of contact for reporting quality.

What you will need to succeed :

Currently enrolled in College or University with a focus on data analytics or a related field.

02 years of professional experience; ideal for students seeking part-time work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with Power BI.

Experience writing SQL queries for reporting is an asset.

Exposure to high-volume or recurring report generation is preferred.
