Junior Accountant

At JDass Corp, we are looking for a Junior Accountant who is responsible for managing all financial transactions of our business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records
• Process and reconcile daily sales transactions
• Prepare and submit timely financial reports to management
• Monitor and track inventory levels and costs
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Monitor QuickBooks and ensure payments are being posted / reconciled in a timely manner
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights
• Provide support during tax preparation and audits
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting practices
