About Our Client

Our client is sourcing a Fund Controller for a 9-month contract.

About the Opportunity

• Manage the month-end close process for various legal entities

Month-end review and reporting to corporate office

Preparation of financial statements within IFRS / GAAP

Coordination of interim and year-end audits for various entities

Coordination, review and analysis of annual operating plans

Preparation of cash flow forecasting

Preparing and presenting decks to the senior leadership team

About You

Completed a university degree and obtained a Professional Accounting Designation

Have 7 years of experience in relevant full cycle accounting experience

Prior experience managing staff

Experience working within Real Estate sector is mandatory

Experience with Yardi is required

Dealt with complex organizational structures and consolidations

Strong analytical skills and you can produce analysis with appropriate style and language to support conclusions

High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
