The Role :

Lead a high-performing team, build culture, drive growth, and deliver experiences clients rave about.

The Package :

$30+ / hour – Base + performance incentives + daily tips

Paid vacation & holidays

Leadership training & continuing education

Support from upper management when you need it

Proven salon leadership experience

Ability to inspire teams and exceed goals

Vision to make a great salon exceptional
