About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our logistics and warehouse operations team. This hands-on role is crucial to maintaining smooth order flow, inventory accuracy, and the timely handling of essential spare parts.

You’ll be working across logistics coordination, warehouse management, and spares handling — ensuring our operations run efficiently and safely every day.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

• Shipping & Receiving : Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments (domestic and international), prepare documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists), and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Carrier Management : Track and manage shipments, proactively communicating any delays or issues.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including proofs of delivery (PODs) and shipping manifests.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce lead times.
