Starland County is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Motor Grader Operator. The Motor Grader Operator will strive to keep roads and backroads within their assigned division in reasonable driving conditions free of washboard and excessive snow accumulations.
The successful applicant will be required to work a 40 to 45 hour work week based on the time of year, with some evenings, weekends and emergency callouts. The salary range for this position is $64,000 – $93,500. We offer a competitive benefits package and pension plan.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will need to be organized and manage their time to ensure high traffic roads and school routes are maintained on a regular basis. The Motor Grader Operator will be responsible for advising their supervisor about gravel conditions on their routes to consider for the gravel program.
