Engineer, Junior

Job Title : Engineer / Designer – Junior

The Engineer / Designer - Junior is responsible for managing assigned design projects for components and assemblies, from concept to production. Working closely with the Engineering Manager, the engineer participates in testing, quality checks, and first‑off fit‑ups, contributing to Salford's innovative agricultural equipment designs in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibility

• Accomplish assigned design projects for components or assemblies from initial concepts to final production models
• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings and layouts to Salford Group engineering standards
• Provide up to date bill of materials
• Update or create technical product documentation such as parts manuals, operator manuals, service bulletins etc.
• Participate in product testing, first off fit‑ups, quality checks.
