Compensation & Programs

• Earnings : Flat Rate compensation structure of $17.50 to $29.20 per hour , tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.
• Guarantee : To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.
