Quality Compliance Specialist – Food Industry

Our client in the Food Industry is currently seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to join their team. This is a permanent role with a great Company, offering a great working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Updating & maintaining documentation control
  • Support certification programs
  • Co-ordinate 3rd party testing and non-compliance follow ups
  • Creating and maintaining quality training decks with internal departments and employees
  • Participate in audits, includes reporting of findings, follow-ups and corrective actions
  • Manage customer and consumer complaint systems and portals
  • Communication with customers and consumers to address and resolve complaint issues and inquiries
  • Compile and evaluate complaint data into trends, graphs and decks
  • Maintain BRC systems including FSQM, HACCP, Food Safety Plan, Audits, Risk Assessments, Validations etc.

Requirements :

  • Food Science diploma / degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Food Manufacturing industry
  • Time management, good organizational skills ability to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills required
  • Must be able to capture and organize data into various trend, analysis and customer reports
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of computer technology including standard software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
