Job description

Titan Energy Services excels at providing integrated fluid management solutions to the oil and gas sector. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Titan provides water sourcing, water transfer and water storage, skillfully managed through our Grande Prairie branch. We foster a culture based on integrity, teamwork, and safety, with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Established in 2011, Titan has consistently pursued organic growth, reinvesting in our operations and expanding our offerings with solutions that prioritize our customers’ needs. In line with our strategic expansion, we have updated our equipment fleet and are currently seeking a Project Manager who will contribute to broadening our client engagement.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT

Titan is growing—and we’re excited to add another energetic and visionary Project Manager to our expanding team!

Under the guidance of the VP of Operations, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with both current and potential clients. This position calls for a proactive, hands‑on approach as you collaborate with clients and staff to organize, oversee, and report on services tied to our pumping operations. Your ability to cultivate and maintain positive client connections will be essential in delivering exceptional service across a variety of programs.

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of comprehensive project controls—planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost management, and progress reporting—all to support Titan’s long‑term growth. Success in this role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Joining Titan means more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to leverage your expertise, expand your skill set, and make a meaningful impact on our shared success. If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Generate technical documentation, including memoranda, planning studies, and final design calculations, along with drafting plans and specifications.

  • Exceptional technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, supported by a proactive approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a track record of fostering collaboration across organizational levels.
  • Solid decision‑making skills, coupled with analytical and organizational prowess, and a consultative mindset for managing intricate client relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud‑based tools like Teams and Teams File Folders.
  • Willingness to conduct field assessments in remote locations with challenging terrain and under extreme weather conditions.
