• Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Manage talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Establish and maintain effective performance management systems.
• Provide guidance on labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and create solutions that promote a positive work environment.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
