Marketing & Business Development Manager

Our client, a progressive downtown law firm, is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager. The client is looking for a conscientious, self-starting individual who is keen to work within a team in a progressive environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and drafting proposals and business development pitches
• Assisting lawyers with the creation and implementation of marketing plans for either individual lawyers and/or specific practice groups.
• Event planning and coordination including concept creation, tactical and logistical implementation of events.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
• Post-secondary education in marketing or business development
• Creative and confident
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a team

Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 dependant on experience.
