Now Hiring : General Assembler – Mississauga, ON

Are you hands-on, reliable, and looking for a stable, full-time opportunity where you can grow your skills and career? We’re hiring a General Assembler for a top-tier manufacturing facility in Mississauga. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm role with excellent benefits, a clean and professional work environment, and lots of room for advancement.

What You’ll Do : General Assembler

  • Assemble LED components using basic hand tools
  • Perform light soldering tasks (10% of the time – training provided if needed)
  • Ensure quality and accuracy during builds
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment

What We’re Looking For : General Assembler

  • Previous experience in general assembly (electrical assembly is a bonus)
  • Comfortable using small hand tools
  • Able to lift to 50 lbs
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Reliable with great attendance

  • $19.00 / hour starting pay
  • Day shifts only : Monday to Thursday (7 : 00 am – 3 : 15 pm); Fridays off (occasionally 7 : 15 am – 2 : 15 pm)
  • Full 40 hours / week paid – even when you get Friday off!
  • Temp-to-perm : Get hired permanently after 18 weeks
