• What is the role?

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and the management team, the Project Manager works with superintendents to contribute to the company's goals and profits by accurately estimating project costs within specifications and market value, developing new business, and securing profitable construction contracts. Responsibilities include :

Engineering or construction-related degree, minimum 5 years of experience, knowledge of granular base course and ACP, strong computer skills, valid Class 5 driver’s license, experience with large projects (P3 or similar), and excellent managerial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
