Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service DepartmentGreeting customers on the phone or in the DealershipProviding repair recommendationsExplaining the nature of repairsAdvising customers how to look after their vehiclesScheduling appointmentsSelling labourProviding an extraordinary experience for all customersQualifications :
