Director Consulting Delivery

Position Description:

As a Director Consulting Delivery reporting to a Vice-President you will be responsible for contributing to the development of application modernization offerings overseeing service delivery and driving sales and revenue growth by building and strengthening key relationships within CGI and with our clients.

You will play a key role in the human and operational management of a team specialized in IT services while ensuring the quality of delivered services client satisfaction and the overall performance of your scope of responsibility.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Play a major role in the management and governance of strategic service delivery for complex organizations
-Lead mobilize and develop a team of professionals ensuring their professional growth and performance
-Promote service quality and client satisfaction (KPIs SLAs action plans continuous improvement)
-Drive the achievement of revenue targets and profitability through your leadership and management approach
-Build and strengthen relationships with partners from our strategic alliances
-Recruit new talent at CGI through outreach and professional networking
-Foster the continuous development of team capabilities and expertise in line with client needs and market evolution

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-As a delivery leader demonstrate hands-on experience in service delivery and problem resolution
-Ability to manage service offerings financial proposals and contracts for multi-faceted client projects
-Experience with emerging approaches and technologies (Agile DevOps cloud intelligent automation etc.)
-Experience with software quality assurance practices and approaches (test strategies deliverable validation quality governance risk management etc.)
-Ability to advise and address the needs of IT and business stakeholders in the execution of their projects or the evolution of their services
-Ability to facilitate and prepare project steering committees draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and contribute to business development and pre-sales activities (RFP responses)
-Ability to work collaboratively and support the career development of team members under your leadership
-Lead by example and act as a mentor
-Demonstrate authenticity and integrity in relationships and decision-making

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105 000$200 000. This role is an existing vacancy

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
