Become a Construction Project Director at Dinamo

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of the projects entrusted to you, from initial planning to final delivery. Your role will be to ensure the optimal coordination of all stakeholders to guarantee the success of the work, in line with our established quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team assigned to your construction projects;
• Planning the logistics of the work and coordinating activities with the relevant professionals;
• Preparing, launching, and managing the tendering process;
• Negotiating and awarding subcontractor contracts;
• Communicating effectively with the client, professionals, and subcontractors;
• Overseeing the administrative follow-up of the site;
• Actively participating in site meetings;
• Updating and monitoring project schedules;
• Managing and controlling technical documents;
• Handling change requests with suppliers and the client;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety best practices on-site;
• Defining key elements for cost tracking and project accounting;
• Delivering the completed project and obtaining the client’s final approval.

You will play a key role in the success of our projects while helping to uphold the high standards that define our reputation.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with the following skills and qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• College diploma in Civil Engineering;
  • University degree in Building Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture – an asset;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry;
• Strong communication skills – whether in person, over the phone, by email, or by text, communication is key!
• Organized and structured – managing multiple projects at once requires staying on track!
• A natural leader and coach – we solve challenges as a team!
