The Opportunity
As a Commercial Interior Design Consultant, you’ll blend creativity, relationship building, and project management into a single, dynamic role. You’ll be the primary partner for your clients, guiding projects from the first conversation to final installation, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are consistently exceeded. You’ll also enjoy occasional travel to the U.S. (6–8 trips per year) for client meetings, installations, and project reviews, adding variety, autonomy, and cross‑border collaboration to your work.
In This Role, You Will
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, designers, and architects.
- Manage the full sales and project cycle, from quoting and scheduling to installation and wrap‑up.
- Lead engaging lunch‑and‑learns and product demos that spotlight creative design and signage solutions.
- Offer hands‑on, solutions‑focused support for client display and interior project needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly and clients thrilled.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets with confidence.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or project coordination.
- Education in Business, Project Coordination/Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or similar.
- Experience partnering with architects, designers, specifiers, or end users in commercial interiors.
- Sharp attention to detail, exceptional organization, and strong follow‑through.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM (NetSuite is a plus).
- Flexibility to travel within the U.S. 6–8 times per year for client and project commitments.
