Qualifications

• Supporting business process improvement and Agile delivery by coordinating story writing activities and facilitating collaboration across teams;
• Minimum five (5) years of Agile or Scrum Master experience;
• Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline business processes;
• Re-designing processes, prototyping solutions, and recommending optimal approaches;
• Researching and applying industry best practices;
• Documenting workflows and ensuring clarity of requirements;
• Assisting stakeholders with implementing business improvements and programs; and
• Applying business, workflow, and organizational modeling tools to meet technical and business needs.
