Job Description :

Requirement / Must Have :

Strong understanding of manufacturing and production environments.
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing systems and production processes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience :

Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations.

Experience working with engineering and design changes in a production setting.

Responsibilities :

Support daily production activities through direct shop floor engagement.

Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues, process deviations, and design-related problems.

Assess, coordinate, and support implementation of engineering and design changes.

Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Support root cause analysis, containment, and corrective action activities.

Provide technical guidance to production teams to minimize downtime.

Support MRB-related activities as required.

Should Have :

MRB experience.

Cross-functional collaboration experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills :

Manufacturing systems troubleshooting.

Production process support.

Engineering change coordination.

Root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualification and Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
