Compensation : $19.00 to $22.00 hourly

Our Vaughan client is seeking a Scheduler who will be responsible for the following :

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the programs through scheduling of all employees required to cover vacancies and absences
• To source experience in replacement staff as needed to cover all vacancies and absences.
• Maintain contact and knowledge of status, qualifications and availability of staff.
• Develop and utilize appropriate forms of communication including weekly reports to managers, supervisors, On Call Supervisor, payroll and other pertinent personnel.
• Maintain scheduling software of program schedules and other pertinent information.
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
