Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

Maternal & Women’s Health | Child Immunizations

Position Type : Full-time (starting March 1, 2026)

Location : 754 Queenston Rd., Hamilton ON

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing care in maternal health, women’s health, and childhood immunizations, along with completing required medical documentation and forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide maternal and postpartum care, including assessments, education, and patient support
  • Deliver women’s health services, including reproductive health education, screenings, and follow-up care
  • Administer infant and childhood vaccinations in accordance with public health guidelines
  • Educate patients and families on immunizations, prenatal / postnatal care, and preventive health
  • Complete medical documentation and forms accurately and in a timely manner, including :

    • Driver’s medical forms

  • Insurance forms
  • Disability and medical assessment forms
  • Other required clinical or administrative health forms
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

    • Qualifications

  • Current registration in good standing as an RN or RPN with the applicable regulatory body
  • Experience or interest in maternal care, women’s health, pediatric care, or immunizations
  • Current CPR / BLS certification
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

    • Preferred Assets

  • Experience in primary care, community health, or public health
  • Experience completing medical and insurance forms
  • Immunization certification
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
