Job descriptionPartner with Project Managers to scope plan and execute projects Ensure delivery is on time on budget and aligned with client goals Track project profitability resource allocation and performance metrics Address roadblocks and make course corrections quickly Review and refine deliverables to meet quality standards Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with Forward Creatives strengths Contribute to proposals pricing and client presentations Build and maintain a strong network across key sectors and regions Represent Forward Creative externally at meetings events and panels Provide guidance and support to project teams across disciplines Mentor staff in project delivery problem-solving and client engagement Promote a positive inclusive and accountable team culture Contribute to internal process improvements and agency development Youre a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. You can see the big picture without losing track of the details. Youre confident in a room full of decision-makers calm in complex moments and ready to drive change where it matters. 8 years of experience in strategic consulting public sector delivery or agency leadership Strong background in one or more of : government consulting nonprofit strategy SME advisory Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver cross-functional projects Skilled in client communication stakeholder management and team coaching Solid understanding of financial tracking project forecasting and margin management Experience in business development proposal positioning and partnership building Clear concise communication and a collaborative leadership style A commitment to results growth company culture and continuous improvement Health and dental coverage Paid sick leave Vacation Commission Opportunity Bonus structure based on performance and impact Onboarding and coaching from senior team leads Professional Development Hours (PDH) Purpose-driven work across government community and business sectors
Were hiring a Project Director to lead client relationships and oversee delivery across a portfolio of projects spanning government non-profit and business sectors. This senior leadership role blends client strategy delivery oversight and business development. Youll work closely with project managers cross-functional teams and clients to ensure impactful outcomes while also helping shape new opportunities and mentoring our internal team.
