Bilingual Customer Service / Order Fulfillment Representative-HYBRID
Full-Time, One Year Contract
Location : Brampton – HYBRID - 2 Days in the office (Tues / Wed)
Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm
Salary : Up to $60K + 5 % BONUS

Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and TelephoneTroubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal systemCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s order is processed and filled in a timely mannerProcess customer product credits / returns in a timely mannerDocuments and resolves customer complaints / inquiriesSkills Required
Bilingual French and English at a professional level (spoken / written)Knowledge of ERP systemsSAP is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organizational and communication skillsSuperior problem-solvingStrong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (EDI, GHX, GFAX)Knowledge of Salesforce Service CloudKnowledge of consignment transfer / billingExperience Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in Product Order ManagementPreferred Qualifications
Medical industry experience would be preferredEducation Requirements
