Job descriptionReceive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s order is processed and filled in a timely manner Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries Bilingual French and English at a professional level (spoken / written) Knowledge of ERP systems SAP is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and communication skills Superior problem-solving Strong attention to detail Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (EDI, GHX, GFAX) Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Knowledge of consignment transfer / billing 2-3 years’ experience in Product Order Management Medical industry experience would be preferred Post secondary education

Bilingual Customer Service / Order Fulfillment Representative-HYBRID
Full-Time, One Year Contract
Location : Brampton – HYBRID - 2 Days in the office (Tues / Wed)
Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm
Salary : Up to $60K + 5 % BONUS
