Adecco is currently highly a part-time organized and proactive Onsite Coordinator to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Belleville, ON. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting workforce management, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Pay Rate : $ 21.00 / hour
Location : Belleville, ON
Shift : 5 days per week

Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff and management.

Coordinate daily workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage.

Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of employee hours, performance, and incident reports.

Liaise between the facility management and external vendors or contractors.

Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management tools.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an asset.

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
