Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate financial data production, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Ministry Reporting : Prepare and submit Ministry reports, ensuring compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Financial Analysis : Assist in financial statement preparation, debt covenant reporting, and internal stakeholder analysis.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process efficiencies in finance operations and reporting.
• Team Leadership : Indirectly supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications
